Bread (formerly Bread Wallet) is a decentralized, financial services and cryptocurrency storage platform that aims for maximum simplicity and security to safely accelerate mainstream adoption of digital assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum. The Bread team believe that cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin present three fundamental problems that hamstring adoption. Cryptocurrencies are not easy to use; cryptocurrencies are not widely accepted as payment and managing multiple coins is difficult; banks rarely if ever offer digital asset storage solutions.
Bread aims to fix these problems by becoming one of the first truly decentralized financial institutions.
