The State Guardian Network (SGN) is a decentralized L2 service infrastructure that keeps the Celer L2 platform operating. When users are offline, it securely maintains their state on the Celer State Channel Network and answers to L1 calculations. Furthermore, the system enables customers to safeguard their funds before going offline. It also serves as a decentralized block producer level for the Celer Rollup, ensuring its long-term viability and adding a layer of security. To participate in the SGN, users must stake CELR. CELR holders also make it easier to safeguard the entire network.
As it’s an ERC 20 token, the programming language used is Solidity.
