DODO is a DeFi protocol and on-chain liquidity provider whose proactive market maker (PMM) algorithm aims to deliver better liquidity and price stability than automated market makers (AMM).
The PMM pricing mechanism uses oracles to acquire very precise market values for assets, simulating human trading. It then provides adequate liquidity near to these prices to stabilise liquidity providers' (LP) portfolios, reduce price slippage, and eliminate temporary loss by rewarding arbitrage trading.
