Gnosis has always prioritized experimentation and the development of decentralized infrastructure for the Ethereum ecosystem. It centered on the creation of prediction markets in order to provide correct information to people all around the world. Gnosis realized it needed to construct the infrastructure to support the prediction market platform while it was developing it. For example, Gnosis Safe was created out of necessity.

The Gnosis Protocol is a permissionless decentralized exchange that allows ring trades to maximize liquidity. Ring trades are order settlements that share liquidity across all orders instead of a single token pair, making them ideal for trading prediction market tokens and the "long tail" of all tokenized assets.Gnosis Safe Multisig is a formally validated Ethereum platform for storing digital assets.It is an ERC-20 token, therefore, supporting solidity as its programming language. GNO is the Gnosis ecosystem's native token. Its main purpose is to create OWL tokens. OWL is intended to be used as a collateral token for prediction markets using the Gnosis conditional token structure.
