Namaste Tribe! Here’s a monthly report of what happened at WazirX in November 2023.
What happened last month?
[Done] New trading pairs: We expanded our market offerings with 4 new pairs in the INR market and introduced 4 new pairs in the USDT market. The additions include OCEAN/INR, MEME/INR, TOKEN/INR, VIC/INR, MEME/USDT, TOKEN/USDT, VIC/USDT, and BEAMX/USDT.
[Done] Muharat Trading: On November 12, 2023, from 6 PM to 8 PM IST, WazirX hosted Muharat Trading. During this special event, users had the unique opportunity to trade in all markets (INR/USDT/WRX) at ZERO fees.
[Done] Learn & Earn: We collaborated with TOKEN for the “Learn and Earn” campaign. Participants engaged in a quiz, traded TOKEN, and stood a chance to win 150 $TOKEN. The campaign took place from November 21 to November 24, 2023.
[Done] Highest Trader Kaun (HTK) – TOKEN/INR: WazirX and TokenFi collaborated for a trading marathon. Winners had the chance to share from a substantial prize pool of 170,000 TOKEN during the 4-day trading competition held from November 22 to November 25.
Other Highlights
- Between November 8 and November 12, 2023, WazirX curated a festive Diwali campaign. Users were invited to register on WazirX, where the opportunity to win coveted prizes as Diwali Shagun, including an iPhone, awaited them.
- From November 9th to November 12th, users who gifted using WazirX gift cards via the app had the chance to win the GoSats Elite Card worth Rs 999 with a preloaded balance of Rs 250.
- WazirX supported the Merit Circle (MC) Token Swap, Redenomination, and Rebranding to Beam (BEAMX).
- WazirX supported the TomoChain (TOMO) Rebranding to Viction (VIC).
- In the spirit of the Cricket World Cup, we hosted 5 thrilling #CricketWorldCup2023 Giveaways, showering lucky winners with generous Millions of $BRISE each.
