We firmly believe that the Referral program in both structures will significantly boost your earning potential and empower you to become your own boss!
All you need to do is invite your friends to trade on WazirX, and you can earn rewards of up to 50%. To qualify for referral rewards, you must meet the following two conditions.
Conditions for Eligibility (Based on Your Preferred Model)
If you’re on WazirX ZERO (₹99/month)
You can earn up to 50% reward from each friend who signs up on WazirX using your referral link and opts for WazirX ZERO.
The criteria to earn remain unchanged and apply across both structures:
- Trade at least ₹10,000 (in any crypto) on WazirX in the last 30 days.
- Hold WRX tokens. Remember, the higher the holdings, the higher the rewards.
This ensures that active traders who support the ecosystem get the best earning potential.
If you’re on Pay Per Trade
You can earn up to 50% of the trading charges generated by your referral in the INR market.
The eligibility remains the same:
- Minimum ₹10,000 trading volume (any crypto) in the last 30 days.
- Hold WRX tokens. Remember, the higher the holdings, the higher the rewards.
Even if your friend switches between models, your chance to earn remains intact.
Your rewards simply adjust based on the model your friend is currently using, making the entire system flexible and user-friendly.
Additionally, the following conditions apply to the referrer, irrespective of whether his/ her friends are on Pay Per Trade or WazirX Zero. To receive the reward, the referrer must:
- Be a KYC-verified Indian user
- Have their PAN linked with Aadhaar
- Not be classified as a specified person under Section 206AB of the Income Tax Act
Referral Reward Calculation
Your referral reward percentage will be calculated based on the quantity of WRX held by you. Here’s a breakdown of the referral rewards rate based on the WRX holdings:

#2 Incentivizing WRX Holdings
The referral system remains closely linked to the WRX holdings, enabling you to unlock higher reward percentages as you hold more WRX. This creates a meaningful balance between participation, community growth, and long-term commitment – whether you benefit from WazirX ZERO referrals or Pay Per Trade referrals. The more WRX you hold, the higher your reward rate across both structures.
#3 Timely Reward Distribution
We acknowledge that prompt reward distribution is essential for an optimal user experience. Therefore, any rewards you earn through our referral program will be credited to your account every month within the first week of the following month. This ensures that you can enjoy the benefits of your referrals without any unnecessary delays.
#4 Consistent Reward Currency
To simplify the reward system, we have standardized the rewards to be credited in INR. This streamlined approach ensures a seamless experience and eliminates any confusion regarding reward currency.
#5 Enhanced Referral Tracking
We strive to make it as easy as possible for you to track your referrals and their progress. When a friend signs up via your referral link, their email ID will be added to your “Referred friends” tab. This transparent system lets you monitor activity and ensures you receive rewards as soon as your referral completes KYC verification and starts trading.
Points To Be Noted
- Referral rewards under the Pay Per Trade structure apply exclusively to trades made in our INR market. This means you earn rewards on trades done by your referral in the INR markets only.
- Referral rewards are distributed in INR only.
- Referral rewards are disbursed monthly rather than daily. Rewards are credited in the first week of the following month.
- To comply with regulations, a 10% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194R is deducted from referral rewards during monthly payouts.
