CoinMarketCap, a well-known Crypto tracking company, has just launched a new reality TV competition series dubbed “Killer Whales.”
The series, produced in collaboration with Web3 entertainment business Hello Labs, takes cues from the well-known program “Shark Tank” and seeks to introduce the entrepreneurial spirit of the Web3 world to a larger audience, according to a statement from the company.
Highlights on Web3 Ventures and NFTs “Killer Whales” offers a platform for entrepreneurs to showcase their cutting-edge Web3 projects, including non-fungible token (NFT) concepts, to a panel of industry professionals.
Chief marketing officer at CoinMarketCap, Jonathan Isaac, said, “Killer Whales is a fun & exciting opportunity to bring the entrepreneurial energy of the Web3 sector to homes accross the world,” in a press release.
Entrepreneurs, influencers, and founders of Web3 companies will serve as judges, assessing the proposed initiatives and offering insightful commentary.
Five industry leaders known as whales will listen to pitches from Crypto startups hoping to receive funding and guidance for navigating the Web3 business environment. On May 2, 2023, a global search will start for Crypto and NFT projects that want to participate in the show. Filming on Killer Whales will start in June.
