On Tuesday, an anonymous wallet address on OpenSea offered 1 million USDC (a stablecoin tied to the US dollar) to the Ethereum Name Service, or ENS, domain Amazon.eth. However, the offer to purchase the ENS domain was ignored, and no transaction occurred.
The amazon.eth Ethereum Name Service (ENS) domain name has earned an anonymous offer of 1,000,000 USDC, which translates to 637 ETH at the current pricing, according to @NathanHeadPhoto.

According to the listing page, previous proposals to acquire the domain were only a few thousand dollars each. For example, the two most recent offers were for 4 WETH ($6000) and 6200 USDC, respectively.
The current owner – 4761BF – purchased the domain in February 2022 for 33 ETH. He also owns 57 additional OpenSea products; the majority of them are from the Dice collection (randomized and weighted dice rolls saved on-chain). He also has another ENS name, ‘fortnite.eth,’ which is named after Epic Games’ renowned battle royale game.
Meanwhile, the person making the offer holds around 20 ENS names. Several are related to Amazon, including ‘jefferyjefferybezos.eth’.

ENS is a blockchain-based naming system that enables users to save avatars and profile photos for usage across devices and transfer and receive crypto and nonfungible currencies. To sell a.eth domain on OpenSea, customers must first link their wallet and create an address at the manager.ens.domains, after which they must list it on their OpenSea account.
