I wanted to give you a quick overview of the survey results from our first simulated alpha test of the WazirX app on Android and iOS. We’re amazed by the awesome responses and this makes our resolve to build India’s most trusted Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency exchange even stronger than ever!
The top 3 words that we heard from all the feedback received were –
- Fast
- Easy/Simple
- Beautiful
Here are some interesting stats from the survey –
- 89.8% people said the app launched fast for them
- 80.1% people said they found the product interface to be easy and fast for trading
- 95.7% people said they would recommend WazirX to their friends and family
- 70% rated the alpha app between 4 and 5 stars
It’s hard for me to express how happy the entire team and I are on receiving such a tremendously positive response from all of you. This is also a great sign that we can take WRX to the moon, for sure! Let’s keep working together on building WazirX and we will all succeed as a tribe.
