Terms & Conditions:
- Participants must be registered users of WazirX (www.wazirx.com) and must have completed KYC and Bank Account verification.
- Only users whose KYC is successfully verified at the time of reward distribution are eligible to receive any reward. If a selected winner is found not to be a KYC-verified user at the time of reward distribution, they will automatically become disqualified without compensation. Users can qualify for the reward by posting their entry for the Spot Zero IRL campaign between 2nd and 5th December 2025 and by following all participation rules set by WazirX. The campaign will run each day from 12 PM IST to 11:59 PM IST. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries submitted within this daily window. Each user is eligible to win only once during the full campaign period.
- If a user participates from multiple Twitter (X) accounts and we find that these accounts belong to the same WazirX user, only one entry will be considered. Each user can win only once during the above-mentioned campaign duration.
- Rewards will be distributed on or before 15th January, 2026.
- Participation in the campaign is voluntary. By participating, users agree that WazirX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from participation, reward selection, reward distribution, technical issues, or any cancellation or modification of the campaign.
- WazirX makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the campaign or rewards.
- WazirX is not obligated to pay any tax in conjunction arising from the receipt or use of rewards. WazirX may, at its sole discretion, reverse rewards or disqualify participants if any suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity is detected or suspected. WazirX is not required to provide prior notice or justification.
- WazirX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign, its rules, or reward structure at any time without prior notice and without liability to participants.
