As a part of the WazirX Campus Outreach Program (WCOP), we conducted a webinar at IIT Bombay, one of the oldest technology institutions in India.
Here are some of the highlights of the event:
- 242 students were a part of this webinar session, which covered the evolution of money – what are digital currencies or cryptocurrencies?
- It was a one and a half-hour interactive session, where the students were inquisitive about cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
Here are some of the feedback from the students of IIT B:
The best part about the session was how it started from the basics and gradually developed. Now, I know the basics of cryptocurrencies.
— Swaroopa, IIT Bombay
It was presented very clearly. The way Pareen explained about money was the best part. The webinar was very interactive and that made it more interesting.
— Harsh Meel, IIT Bombay
The webinar received a rating of 4.35 / 5.
Here is a snippet video of the webinar, explaining the difference between paper and money.
