You would have known that on 25 September 2024 and 26 September 2024, Zettai Pte Ltd’s (“Zettai”) solicitors attended a Zoom hearing for HC/OA 861/2024 (“OA 861”), which is Zettai’s application for a moratorium order, which would facilitate its efforts in developing a restructuring plan for the benefit the users.
The Court granted a 4-month moratorium, and also directed that Zettai provide its responses to the queries raised in the chat box at the hearing of OA 861. We circulated, in our emails dated 27 September 2024 and 30 September 2024, copies of the Zoom chat log and the Order of Court made in OA 861.
