How To Use The In-App Chat Support Feature?

Step 1: 

Mobile:

Open your WazirX app and click on “Settings” in the top-left corner.

Web:

Go to the website, scroll down, and click on “Help Center.”

Step 2:

Mobile:

Scroll down and click on “Help & Support.”

Web:

Click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner.

Step 3:

Mobile:

At the bottom, click on “💬 Chat with us.”

In the chat window, you can select from various categories after identifying the issue you are facing.

Web: 

Voila, select the category and get your issues solved within a few minutes.
