We are pleased to share August’s compliance update with you, which once again records 100% compliance and security, from our end to ensure an unparalleled experience for our users.
WazirX utilized third-party forensic tools, KYC verification processes, to closely monitor user identity details before validating trading activities on our platform. This ensures only authorized users get access to our platform’s services.
We successfully addressed over 216 requests from users and external agencies. Notably, 186 of these requests originated from law enforcement agencies.
Underlining our commitment to assisting in legal matters, our team consistently demonstrated promptness to respond to the requests achieving an average Turnaround Time of 23 minutes.
We continued to monitor and identify suspicious accounts on prominent social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube. We alerted users about accounts that were suspected to be impersonating official WazirX accounts, and reported them.
