Namaste Tribe! At WazirX, customer feedback is our number 1 way of improving the product. We’ve been closely talking to many of you, understanding your requirements and figuring out solutions. Here are two major requests that popped out in our discussion with the community:

1. Find a faster and safer way for sellers to confirm their P2P orders
2. Increase the number of open orders you can have in P2P

Solution 1: Payment Remarks

This is the most wanted feature for WazirX P2P, and we’re happy to share that it’s now available for everyone! “Payment Remarks” solves two major problems.

1. It helps the seller confirm a transaction faster, especially if they are dealing with multiple buyers
2. It ensures that buyers only enter this special “Payment Remarks” and do not enter keywords that get you in trouble with your banks (I’m sure you all know why such keywords should not be entered in the remarks)

Let’s say, you’re a P2P buyer looking to buy USDT with INR. When you go to WazirX P2P to make payment to the seller, you’ll see “Payment Remarks” along with the seller’s name, account number, amount and such details. You have to enter the remarks in the banking app you will use to make payment to the seller.

Solution 2: Multiple orders for buyers

We have improved our P2P system further such that it analyses a P2P buyer’s past behaviour, and based on the same, it lets buyers place multiple orders on P2P. Until now, the maximum multiple orders was 2. We’re happy to say that now you can place up to 4 buy orders on P2P if you have a certain portfolio value in your WazirX account.

👉 Buyers with a portfolio value of ₹15,000 can place orders for up to 4500 USDT
👉 Buyers with a portfolio value of ₹20,000 can place orders for up to 6000 USDT
