What happened last month?

[Done] 17 new market pairs: We added 8 tokens to our USDT market and 9 tokens to our INR market last month! You can now buy, sell, trade DODO, DYDX, STPT, SPELL, IMX, PYR, BAKE, API3, NEO, APE, JASMY, ALPINE, ASTR, KNC, ICX, ANC, and FLUX  on WazirX. Start trading your favourite pairs here!

[Done]  DODO giveaway worth ₹56 lakhs: WazirX and DODO partnered for a host of activities and amazing giveaways between 1 March and 18 March 2022. Giveaways worth ₹56 Lacs (~$71,000) were up for grabs! More details here.

[Done] WazirX’s 4th birthday giveaway worth ₹4 crores: WazirX turned 4 on 8 March 2022! To celebrate the journey so far, we had the HTK contest (WRX/INR) organized between 3 March and 9 March 2022. Prizes worth ₹4 crores were up for grabs. More details here.

[Done] WazirX’s 4th birthday celebrations: To celebrate our 4th birthday, we had multiple contests, offers and launches. This included:

• Contests on our social platforms, 
• WazirX Trivia (with prizes worth ₹10,000), 
• Up to 50% off on our Merch Store, and

[Done] 7th WRX Burn: WazirX successfully completed the 7th WRX burn for the quarter of October – December 2021 on 9 March 2022.We burned 9,633,333 WRX equivalent to ₹47 Crores INR (~ $6 Million USD)! More details here.

[Done] BTC/INR trading contest with a giveaway worth ₹2 crores: We gave away ₹2 Crores worth of prizes in a 3-day long BTC/INR trading contest between 9 March and 12 March 2022. More details here.

[Done] Grand CELO Giveaway worth ₹40 lakhs: WazirX organized a grand CELO giveaway between 21 March and 31 March 2022! A giveaway of over ₹40,00,000 (~$51,000) was up for grabs. More details here.

What are we building?

[Ongoing] AMM Protocol: There have been unforeseen delays in some of the protocols that our DEX is dependent upon. This is preventing us from going live. At this moment, we don’t have an ETA on how long this will take. Be assured that we’re working very hard with the protocol team to expedite the process.

Some highlights

• #BreakTheBias with Women Leaders of WazirX was our tribute to our superwomen.

• We launched our ‘Free crypto widgets’ section. These work as plug-n-play tools for any website or app. By embedding these codes, users can get real-time crypto price tables, tickers, price charts, and more.
