We introduced the WazirX Futures AI Voice Assistant, updated the crypto deposit journey with Travel Rule verification, kicked off Deposit Dhamaka, and continued rewarding traders through multiple contests across spot and futures trading.

And yes, Bauji entered Cryptopur too.

WazirX Futures AI Voice Assistant Is Live

WazirX has launched its Futures AI Voice Assistant, giving users a simple way to get help with Futures. Think of it as a phone-a-friend for your Futures questions, whether you’re new to Futures, need help understanding a concept, or are stuck while navigating a feature.

What’s New on WazirX AI

• Trade USDT Perpetual Futures with WazirX AI: WazirX AI now supports USDT perpetual futures alongside INR Futures. When you ask to trade a USDT perpetual contract, WazirX AI identifies the relevant USDT market and reflects both INR and USDT markets within your Futures portfolio.
• A Clearer View of Your Futures Portfolio: Futures positions are now displayed in their respective currencies with exchange-level precision. For USDT markets, P&L is converted to INR using the applicable WazirX settlement rate, helping portfolio totals stay consistent with the Positions section on WazirX.
• View Realized P&L on the Trades Page: Closed Futures trades now show the realized P&L directly on the Trades page. This also includes trades closed during previous WazirX AI sessions, giving you a clearer view of completed positions.
• Activate Futures Directly Through WazirX AI: Users who have not yet enabled Futures can now activate it directly during the WazirX AI onboarding flow, without navigating to a separate section of the platform.
• See the Spot Order Price Before Approval: Spot orders placed through WazirX AI are now submitted as Limit Orders. The exact order price is displayed on the approval card before the order is sent to the exchange, giving you greater visibility before confirming the trade.
• Clearer Currency Conversion for Order Amounts: When you enter an INR amount for a USDT market, WazirX AI converts it using the applicable WazirX rate. The approval card shows both the amount you entered and the conversion rate used before you confirm the order.
• Rate WazirX AI Responses: You can now give any WazirX AI response a thumbs up or thumbs down and add an optional comment. This feedback helps improve the quality and relevance of future responses.
• Earn Bonus Credits by Sharing Feedback: If you reach your monthly WazirX AI credit limit, you can complete a short four-question survey and receive 1,000 bonus credits to continue using WazirX AI.
• Smarter Follow-Up Suggestions: WazirX AI now provides more relevant follow-up suggestions based on the conversation. Actionable responses can include quick Yes/No options, while informational conversations surface useful follow-up questions to help you explore the topic further.
• Better Prompt Writing on Mobile: Writing longer prompts on mobile is now easier. On iOS and Android, pressing Return adds a new line, while the Send button submits the message, reducing accidental sends while typing.

Trade Reports Got an Update

We also updated Trade Reports to make user details clearer. Reports now display the User Name and PAN instead of the Email and Member ID, making the information more relevant for users downloading and maintaining their trading records.

Travel Rule Verification for Incoming Crypto Deposits

We updated the crypto deposit journey to align with applicable Travel Rule requirements, which require crypto service providers to collect basic information about the sender and recipient of a transfer, improving transparency and strengthening compliance standards.

For applicable deposits, users can provide the required sender details and originating platform or app through Verify Deposit. Once the required information is submitted and verified, the deposited funds become accessible.

Bauji Entered Cryptopur

September also saw Tigmanshu Dhulia return as Ramadhir Singh, this time with a few lessons for Crypto Futures traders.

Through Gangs of Cryptopur, Bauji took on familiar trading moments, from following tips blindly to rushing into trades when markets turn green, with one underlying message: understand the trade before making the move.

Deposit Dhamaka Kicked Off

WazirX Deposit Dhamaka began on September 25.

Eligible users can deposit USDT, BTC, ETH, XRP, or SHIB, hold or trade the deposited crypto for 35 days, and earn a 1% bonus in INR, subject to the campaign terms and reward cap.

Five Rounds of Highest Futures Trader Kaun: P&L Arena

The Highest Futures Trader Kaun: P&L Arena kept Futures traders active throughout September, with five rounds beginning during the month.

Each round featured a ₹50,000 reward pool, and the top 30 eligible traders were ranked by realized profit during the contest period.

Highest Trader Kaun: USDT/INR

September ended with another trading contest as Highest Trader Kaun: USDT/INR began on September 29.

The contest featured a ₹1,00,000 reward pool for the top 100 eligible traders, ranked by total buy and sell volume in the USDT/INR market.

More Updates to WazirX Futures

September also brought a few more improvements to the WazirX Futures experience:

• Futures Categories: Contracts can now be filtered by categories such as Meme, Metal, and AI, making it easier to discover relevant markets.

• Futures Price Alerts: Set price alerts for Futures markets and stay updated on important price movements without constantly checking the charts.
• Close All Positions on Web: Futures traders can now close all their open positions from the web in a single action, making position management quicker when managing multiple trades. This feature will be soon available on the app as well.
• New Badge on Futures Tab: The Futures tab now carries a New badge, making it easier for users to discover new Futures listings on the app.
• Futures Leaderboard: The dedicated WazirX Futures Leaderboard is now live, making it easier for traders to track rankings during eligible Futures contests.
