How to deposit crypto on WazirX?
- On the Home screen, tap on the Funds tab.
- Select the coin you want to deposit.
- Tap on the Deposit button at the bottom.
- Here, you will see your Destination Address. Click on the copy button to copy the address and paste it into the wallet/exchange from where you are sending the coins.
Note: If you are depositing Ripple (XRP), you will also see a Destination Tag. You need to add the Destination Tag along with the Destination Address to the exchange/wallet from where you are sending the XRP. Read more – How do I Deposit/Withdraw Ripple (XRP), Stellar (XLM), or EOS?
Important: Always check the destination address carefully. If you enter the wrong destination address or the wrong coin’s destination address, it will be lost forever, and there is nothing we can do.
How to withdraw crypto on WazirX?
- On the Home screen, tap on the Funds tab.
- Select the coin you want to withdraw.
- Tap on the Withdraw button at the bottom.
- Type or paste the Destination Address. You can also scan the QR code if that is visible in your receiving wallet/exchange.
- Enter the Coin amount you want to move. (Pro Tip: Tap on Withdraw All if you want to move the full coin balance from your wallet)
- Add any Remarks for your own reference. (The remark will only be seen in your WazirX account and not your receiving account)
- Tap on Proceed. You will be shown a confirmation screen. Cross-check the destination address carefully. Withdrawal requests cannot be canceled after submission.
- Swipe to Confirm. You will be sent a One-Time Password (OTP) on your mobile.
- Enter your OTP and click on confirm.
- Open your email & click on Approve this withdrawal button in the confirmation email you receive.
Note: You will be requested to provide your Destination address as well as a Destination Tag or Memo if you are withdrawing XRP, XLM, or EOS. These must be obtained from the receiving exchange/wallet to where the XRP, XLM, and EOS are being sent and entered into the WazirX withdrawal form. Important: Always double-check the destination address. If you enter the wrong destination address or the wrong coin’s destination address, it will be lost forever, and there will be nothing we can do about it.
